We absolutely loved our stay! The atmosphere was pure elegance and the afternoon tea was surprisingly delicious with creative pastries. Plus, the beautiful room exceeded our expectations as it felt very spacious.

We greatly enjoyed exceptional and absolutely brilliant rooms and well presented food.
We had the most memorable few days there. Adorable hotel, the staff were all gorgeous and elegant and the location was marvellous unlikely to go back to the Landmark. Brilliant service offered in this venue. The breakfast in the garden restaurant with a lovely view of the restaurant was very good.

The calm luxury, the very friendly helpful staff and the sufficiently spacious room. Our 3rd stay and we will be back
There is nothing to complain about, compared to this stay

The hotel had a marvellous breakfast with plenty of items to choose from. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe in the deluxe king room.

The breakfast is fantastic and more of a branch. Wellness center has not met our expectations.

Consistently excellent and attentive staff; absolutely first rate facilities; easy to find a taxi because of Marlybone Station opposite and centrally located.
Had a little difficulty with the strength of the internet signal (could be due to room location); TV's need to be updated to flatscreens.

close to parks and landmarks for perfect city strolls
Staying here was fantastic, as I enjoyed peaceful walks through nearly 2 km of Hyde Park and the nearby vibrant cafes, just a few minutes away. Was nice, I seemed like I was in a fabulous oasis despite the bustling city around me. This is definitely an ideal spot for single travelers looking to explore and enjoy, but the concierge service could improve based on what I observed .

Everything was fine except for see below.
Glasses from the minibar were not replaced. There were old cigarette butts on the balcony. Balcony probably hasn't been cleaned for ages.

Very central location. Prompt concierge services. Nice relaxing ambience.
Hot and cold water not combined control - has to turn the cold water tap on and then the hot water tap. Has to turn off one by one again. Very inconvenient. Bath tub - shower control ok. But difficult to run a both. Seems to have no direct running water from normal tap. Tv- Remote control channel changing extremely slow. Very inconcenient. Room door - made a very loud noise when closing each time. Frightening.

We explored the British Museum and took a fun tailor-made tour to Camden Market. The location is perfect for getting around, and the ambiance was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Do keep in mind that some amenities like the mini bar might not be available, so plan ahead.
One downside was the service at the front desk. We found it a bit off this time, and it could have been more attentive, disappointing.
